Independent Living

Independent Living  Placement offers transition age youth community-based placement in a supervised living arrangement. Youth are provided with intensive in-home Community Support Program Services, transportation assistance and case management. Youth are required to complete established education and employment goals. Following completion of the program, successful youth are able to remain in their living unit. Youth must be in the custody of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. On-call support is provided 24/7.
