Clermont County Mobile Crisis
The goal of Mobile Crisis services is to facilitate communication, collaboration and the delivery of support services among criminal justice professionals and mental health professionals. The mobile crisis team is designed to respond with law enforcement officers to assist with individuals who may be experiencing a mental health crisis in the community. When called out to the scene, the mobile crisis team can assist with de-escalation, assessment, voluntary/involuntary hospitalization and connection to resources. The team began operations in May 2011 and consists of two full time and two part time mobile crisis responders. The hours of operation are: M-F 8:30am-10pm; Sat & Sun 12pm-8pm. Based on stipulations of the grant, the team is accessed by law enforcement by calling the Clermont County Crisis Hotline at 513-528-SAVE (7283).
