Jeff Finke is the Human Resources Officer at Child Focus and is responsible for employee relations for a diverse and dynamic 360+ workforce. Jeff joined Child Focus in 2008 and is tasked with managing Child Focus’ health and wellness benefit programs, talent acquisition and retention, compensation, employee relations, legal matters, managing vendor contracts and evaluating all workplace programs available to Child Focus employees. Jeff serves as the Strategic Planning Quadrant Leader for Learning and Growth where he leads efforts to ensure all Child Focus employees are highly trained and credentialed. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Marketing from Radford University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with extensive training in employment law, compensation and performance management. Prior to his role as HR Officer at Child Focus, Jeff was employed as a human resources professional for both for-profit and non-profit organizations including Macy’s Corporate, The University of Virginia, bigg’s Hypermarket and Region Ten Community Services Board. firstname.lastname@example.org
