Desiree Marler is the Vice President of Strategy at Child Focus, where she provides executive leadership for strategic planning, internal operations, technology, fiscal systems, and service evaluation. In this role, Desiree ensures that organizational initiatives are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with long-term goals.
Since joining Child Focus in 1992, Desiree has held multiple key positions across the agency, including Information Technology Officer. Her deep experience in technology, operations, and process improvement uniquely positions her to lead Child Focus’ strategic initiatives and strengthen the connection between program needs and organizational infrastructure.
