Ginny Mersman joined Child Focus in 1981 and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Operations, supporting program operations, compliance, and staff across early childhood programs. She began her career with Child Focus as an Assistant Teacher, served as a Lead Teacher for 28 years, and spent eight years as a Program Coordinator before stepping into her current role, where she has served for the past seven years. Ginny brings deep knowledge and a practical, supportive approach to her work.
