Jennifer Parham serves as the Director of Training & Workforce Development at Child Focus, where she leads the design, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce development strategies.  In this role, she is committed to strengthening staff knowledge, skills and professional growth to support the individuals and families served across the agency’s programs.

Jennifer earned her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision Designation in the State of Ohio.

Jennifer began her career with Child Focus in 2010 as a Parent Educator and has held several positions within the agency, including Parent Enrichment Home Visitor, Therapist, and Coordinator. She brings more than 22 years of experience in the behavioral health and human services fields and has received training in several evidence-based practices and models, including the Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Jennifer is passionate about professional development and is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the Child Focus team. Through training, coaching and ongoing education, she works to ensure that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively meet the evolving needs of the individuals and families served by Child Focus. jparham@child-focus.org
