Behavioral Health Director, Strong Families

Nicolle Moore, MS, IMFT, is the Director of Strong Families, where she focuses on strengthening community collaborations, enhancing services for youth and their families, and preventing child abuse and neglect through supportive, family-centered programming.

Previously, Nicolle served at the Parent Child Center of Tulsa as Vice President of Early Childhood Initiatives, where she provided leadership, oversight, and advocacy for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) and HealthySteps programming. Prior to relocating to Tulsa in 2019, she led the Mental Health in Early Childhood program at Child Focus, overseeing a team of therapists and consultants serving five counties in Southwest Ohio. In addition, she served as a Regional Master Trainer under the Whole Child Matters Grant, funded by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health.  Nicolle is deeply committed to the belief that children develop within the context of their family and community systems. She is passionate about empowering caregivers with the tools and support needed to nurture their child’s development, helping children not only survive, but truly thrive.
