About Susan Graham

Susan Graham was named President and CEO of Child Focus in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience and dedication to the organization she has called home since 1994. A passionate advocate for children, families, and communities, Susan combines deep organizational knowledge with a forward-thinking approach to leadership.
Throughout her career at Child Focus, Susan has held a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Education Liaisons. She has been instrumental in expanding school-based mental health programming across 72 schools, leading strategic planning initiatives, and advancing advocacy efforts at the local, state, and national levels. Her work has been published and presented internationally, reflecting her expertise and commitment to elevating the field of behavioral health.
Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from Michigan State University and a Master of Education in Agency and Community Counseling from Xavier University. Known for her collaborative style and data-driven decision making, she is committed to ensuring Child Focus thrives in its mission of developing thriving kids, strong families, and successful adults.
