About Susan Graham

Susan Graham, Vice President and CAO, is responsible for oversight of Child Focus’ day-to-day operations, organization-wide strategic planning, data analytics, and executive leadership team development. Susan is an accomplished, tenured professional who began her Child Focus career in 1994. Since that time, Susan has been instrumental in the development and expansion of Child Focus’ school-based mental health program with services provided in 72 schools across Clermont, Brown and Hamilton Counties. Throughout her career, Susan has led critical advocacy efforts and conducted trainings at the local, state, national and international levels and has multiple publications on a variety of mental health topics. Susan attended Michigan State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Xavier University where she earned a Masters of Education in Agency and Community Counseling. sgraham@child-focus.org
