Kaitlyn Keller, BS, QMHS, is a Qualified Mental Health Specialist at Wasserman Day Treatment in Brown County. Ms. Keller earned her bachelor of science degree in social work at Wilmington College. While attending college, she participated in internships shadowing elementary school counselors and social workers at the Ohio Veterans Home. Ms. Keller began working at Child Focus in September 2022. Ms. Keller aspires to advocate and make a difference in adolescent youths and inequalities.

Kelly Lean, MSW, LISW-S, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents and their families. Ms. Lean earned her bachelor’s degree in social work at Wright State University in 2000 and her master's degree in clinical social work from The Ohio State University in 2002. She received her independent license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board in 2004.  Ms. Lean is also licensed by The Ohio Department of Education as a Certified School Social Worker. Ms. Lean has been working in various roles as a therapist since 2002. She has worked within schools, partial hospitalization programs, alternative education settings, children’s psychiatric hospital settings, as well as in community mental health. She enjoys helping children and families to overcome the barriers to life success. Ms. Lean currently supervises the OhioRISE Care Coordination program within Child Focus.  OhioRISE is a Ohio Medicaid program for members with high-risk behavioral health needs.
