Cailan Walters, MSW, LISW, works as a school-based therapist for the Genesis and STAR programs through Child Focus. In addition to individual therapy, Cailan provides case management services, social and emotional skill building groups, and crisis management services at the Genesis program. Cailan obtained both her bachelor's and master's degrees in social work at the University of Southern Indiana. Previously an Evansville, Indiana resident, Cailan relocated to Cincinnati in 2023 when beginning her career with Child Focus. Her experience includes case management services for Big Brothers Big Sisters, home based therapy serving families involved with DCS, and school social work through Youth First serving elementary through high school aged clients. |

Emily Walbom, BA, QMHS, is a Qualified Mental Health Specialist providing Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and prevention services at Brantner and Willowville Elementary Schools. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2017 with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Criminal Justice. Before working at Child Focus Inc., she was a mental health case manager for adults with severe mental health disabilities in Cincinnati. Emily is looking forward to bringing her experience to her position here at Child Focus.

Sara Winsted, BS, is a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), working within the Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS) team to provide crisis response and stabilization services to the community of Clermont county. Sara obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2019, and is currently attending Northern Kentucky University in hopes of becoming a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Sara has three years of experience working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Cincinnati Children's with a focus on crisis intervention and de-escalation. In addition to this, Sara has also worked in a community-based non-profit in Cincinnati supporting the families of Lower Price Hill. Sara has experience working with children of all ages, young adults, and more. She also has experience working with individuals with varying mental health diagnoses including ASD, ADHD, ODD, developmental delay, bipolar disorder, altered mental status (drug induced and otherwise), depression, anxiety, and more.
Sara hopes to provide support and stabilization to the individuals with whom she works and is excited for the opportunity to meet people where they are. |

Savannah Wisby, BA, QMHS/CT, is a Qualified Mental Health Specialist providing Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), and a Counseling Intern at Wasserman Day Treatment – Brown County. She graduated from the University of Northern Kentucky in 2019 with a BA in Psychology and an area of focus in criminal justice. Savannah is currently working on her Master's Degree for Counseling at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Savannah is looking forward to bringing her experience to her position here at Child Focus.

Anne M. Wise, MSW, LISW-S, earned her Bachelor of Social Work in 2007 and Master of Social Work in 2008 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Social Work. She joined the Child Focus team in March 2012, initially serving as a therapist at the Wasserman Youth and Adolescent Center until December 2017.
