Faith Kozoduj, MSW, LSW, serves as an Intake Specialist for Child Focus in the Clermont County School District. A proud two-time graduate of Ohio University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Special Education in 2019 and her Master of Social Work in 2022. Faith brings a strong clinical background to her current role, having previously spent several years as a Cincinnati-based school therapist utilizing CBT and EMDR frameworks. She is actively pursuing her independent clinical licensure, while happily learning the role of being an Intake Specialist. |

Kelly Lean, MSW, LISW-S, is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents and their families. Ms. Lean earned her bachelor’s degree in social work at Wright State University in 2000 and her master's degree in clinical social work from The Ohio State University in 2002. She received her independent license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board in 2004. Ms. Lean is also licensed by The Ohio Department of Education as a Certified School Social Worker. Ms. Lean has been working in various roles as a therapist since 2002. She has worked within schools, partial hospitalization programs, alternative education settings, children’s psychiatric hospital settings, as well as in community mental health. She enjoys helping children and families to overcome the barriers to life success. Ms. Lean currently supervises the OhioRISE Care Coordination program within Child Focus. OhioRISE is a Ohio Medicaid program for members with high-risk behavioral health needs.

Aedan Levy, MA, LPC, completed his graduate training in mental health counseling at the University of Cincinnati in 2026. His training included working with children and adolescents, along with families and group therapy. His internship experience was completed at Central Clinic Behavioral Health. He has experience working with individuals and groups with a wide range of presenting concerns including ADHD, anxiety, and depression. |
