Bethany Lapp
Early Learning Division Officer
Hired in 2007, Bethany started her career with Child Focus as a Head Start preschool teacher and then moved on to the School Readiness Manager and then to Assistant Director. Bethany is responsible for the overall structure, systems and procedures to facilitate early learning program excellence in addition to operating responsibility for fiscal, legal and programmatic aspects of the program in conjunction with executive agency leadership. Bethany is a strong communicator, and excels in relationship building with community stakeholders. She makes data-driven decisions to inform program development and continuous quality improvement aligning with Child Focus strategic objectives. blapp@child-focus.org
