Above & Beyond
Jennifer Parham has given an amazing amount of both professional and personal effort and dedication to support the Montgomery Road office. Jennifer has stepped up repeatedly in the last six months and volunteered to work evenings and weekends outside of her normal work day to meet with community stakeholders and share about the amazing services Child Focus provides. Thank you Jennifer Parham, you make THE difference!
Jenny Small is always willing to step up to serve clients and the agency. Jenny earned her supervisory credential and requested to start with one supervisee, however the agency was in need of additional supervisors, and Jenny stepped up without hesitation to lend a hand and took on more supervisees. Additionally, Jenny has worked to engage a high need family in services by offering services at the Norwood location or client’s school (on the West Side of Cincinnati) and even offered to do home visits to provide needed services. Jenny is a tireless advocate for her clients and regularly steps up to help. Thanks, Jenny!
