Investigating the Natural World

Child Focus Center Based Early Head Start Room 10 class has been busy this summer investigating the natural world  around them. The children especially like exploring in the Butterfly Garden. Rocks, bugs, worms and frogs have been a highlight with this group. Pouring sand, looking at various kinds of sea shells, holding a real fish and wiggly worms, picking tomatoes, and  watching caterpillars morph into butterflies have all been exciting experiences for these inquisitive toddlers.
