On behalf of Councilmember Charlie Winburn, we invite you to partake in The BIG Day of Foster Care, a strategic and historic city-wide initiative that promotes high visibility, awareness and builds public will to increase the capacity of the foster care system.

The importance of your attendance at this event cannot be underscored. The mayor responds to numbers and we need to pack City Council Chambers to show that Foster Care in Cincinnati is a city-wide priority.
